The Story
Prepare and enjoy absinthe in the traditional French method with this elegant bar set. This set is designed to allow you to prepare and serve absinthe just like a master mixologist. The slotted spoon is meant to be placed over the glass and iced water is poured or dripped over top of the sugar cube into the absinthe. The sugar cube then gradually dissolves and drips, combined with the water, into the absinthe, causing the green liquor to louche (“loosh”) into an opaque white as the essential oils precipitate out of the alcoholic solution.
