About the Artist
- "Artist born and raised in Southern California. My Tiki Hula art is inspired by the islands, and Palm Springs Ca, also a love of Disney. I like to express and entertain with characters in fun scenes that compliment tiki bars, motels, and restaurants, with my unique style, a touch of kitsch retro 50’s & 60’s when ever possible.
Most of my work is based on fun, vacationing, cocktails, surfing, restaurants, food, wacky and wild characters, birds, desert palm oasis, and much more, even a little bit of Lowbrow.
I've been selling online since the late 90's, back when I was illustrating for magazines. In 2003 I began with Floral, Landscape, fish, & Citylife paintings, creating a painting within 1 to 5 days, and selling over 2600 originals by 2015."
